Richard E. Greulich, Jr. (Rich) is the President and CEO of REG Capital Advisors where he brings to bear the experience garnered from 40 years of working in the investment/wealth management business.

 

Rich began his career in 1976 at Citibank where he learned how to analyze individual companies while working in the bank’s Investment Research Department.

 

Rich then went on to work 18 years at Neuberger Berman where he was involved with institutional research marketing, investment research analysis, and portfolio management; all the while learning lessons about investing from the many seasoned investment professionals at this long established firm known for its value investing philosophy.

 

Opportunity knocked, and in 1990 Rich joined William D. Witter, Inc. headed by William D. “Bill” Witter, son of the Dean Witter.  For the next six years he successfully managed an investment partnership composed of assets of Witter family members and other individuals.  He also managed separate accounts of individuals, trusts, and a foundation….several of which continue to be clients at REG Capital Advisors.

 

Rich founded REG Capital Advisors in 2007 with the objective of establishing a small investment boutique that would allow individuals the opportunity to have their assets grow in value by having them managed by an investment professional who would also provide personalized service.

 

Rich’s educational background includes a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude, from Hanover College (Indiana) in 1974 where he was a National Merit Scholar.  He graduated from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a M.B.A. in 1976 and was an F.C. Austin Scholar (the highest scholarship awarded). 

 

Rich is a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.)  

 

Over the years, Rich has been fortunate to serve in numerous civic, charitable, and church endeavors, among them the New York City-based Bowery Mission where he was a member and chairman of the Board of Directors.  He is an elder in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA).  With the recent move to New Hampshire, Rich is an enthusiastic new member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club.  Rich has also been an avid croquet player; first, many years with the New York City Croquet Club and now with the Strawbery Banke (NH) Croquet Club.

 

Rich has been married for 32 years to Donna Greulich and together they have three wonderful daughters.
